The 2010 Victorian petroleum acreage release includes five areas in the onshore Gippsland Basin in eastern Victoria: VIC/G-10(1) to VIC/G-10(5). VIC/G-10(1) to -10(4) are in the northern part of the basin, mainly in the Lake Wellington Depression and Lakes Entrance Platform, while VIC/G-10(5) is in southern Gippsland in the Alberton Depression.
